Pull the loose opposing ends of the 3D paper fan gently in circular direction until they meet, use the provided round pin to clip them together. Please also see the demo picture. Unravel the star garlands carefully to avoid tangling. Hang or swag the fans and garlands in the reception, in the doorway, under a verandah, from ceiling/marquee or on wall, window, across plants and pillars.
